Uganda’s
arguably finest singer and Leone Island boss Jose Chameleone shocked
people when he announced that his next concert will cost one million as
entrance fee. He made the announcement at his recently concluded
Unplugged session at Club Silk.
Chameleone
announced that his concert dubbed One man, One show, One Stage, One
million will have $400 as entrance which is an equivalent to one Million
Ugandan shillings.
The singing doctor announced the date for his concert as December 19 and venue will be Serena Hotel.
This will
be the highest fee ever changed for one head at any event in Uganda. In
related news Promoter Balaam is said to have pulled out from buying the
concert after he asked the singer to reduce the fee or may risk staging a
failed event.

Nigerian artists, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Flavour and video director
Clarence Peters, won six MTV Africa Music Awards ,MAMA, on Saturday
night at a ceremony held at the International Conference Centre, Durban,
South Africa.
Davido received two of the biggest awards of the night: Artist of the Year and Best Male Artist of the Year.
Clarence Peters also won two awards: Transform Today by Absolut and
Best Video of the Year for directing the video of Burna Boy's song, Run
My Race.
Tiwa Savage got the Best Female Artist of the Year, while Flavour received the award of the Best Live Act.
The Nigerian entertainers won six awards out of the 18 categories
available at the event, while South Africa followed with five awards.
